Depending on the billing cycle, your first bill might reflect pro-rated service from your activation date and the next full month’s service. For example: If you request service in the middle of the month, you have missed that month’s bill cycle. Your first bill will arrive the following month and will include the pro-rated amount of the first month plus the new month’s service charges.

It’s a free service that lets you enjoy the convenience and ease of viewing your bill online. It’s simple and quick.
To view your account , you will need to enter your customer ID, date of birth and service number. Customer id is the customer number mentioned on the top of MAX bill and service number is your phone number.
* Understanding your first bill

For new customer, the first bill will be higher than normal because of the following reasons :

  • It includes pro-rated service from your activation date with MAX Telecom
  • Next full month’s line rental in advance
  • Monthly charges for your service packages are billed one month in advance. Any additional usage charges are billed afterwards.
